Resurrected this old page for the purpose of posting my current vector art projects, oriented towards manned spaceflight of the 1960s.
Reside in Bakersfield, CA. Since a young age space has always been a persistent obsession. I became fascinated with flight testing and the early days of manned spaceflight, the days of the X-15, Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo. All I've ever wanted to do was learn more about this truly mesmerizing time for humanity and delve into the vast sea of knowledge so few take the time to research. The best part is all the documentation is public, you just have to look. I admire the technology, the ingenuity, the flight controllers of MSC, the astronauts careers and personalities, and the ambitiousness of what was Mans Greatest Journey.
Currently unemployed, I have hopes of becoming a graphic designer for commission and/or employment. Aspiration to be a planetary scientist. I know Illustrator well and am more than proficient in using it for creative purposes, exporting for web, colors and scaling for print.
